County Tabs

Each available county has its own individual tab allowing you to view all arrests for that particular county. The tabs are easy to navigate and saves you time when viewing hundreds of potential clients a day.

Column Display

We designed our software so that you can view all arrest reports in a familiar manner. The arrest reports are displayed as a spreadsheet, separated by columns. Easily sort columns by clicking the column header.

Arrest Charges

The arrest charges of each individual are listed and sortable. You can easily sort the arrest charges alphabetically, enabling you to quickly view all individuals arrested for a particular type of charge.

ZIP Code AGI

The ZIP-AGI is the adjusted gross income of the individuals’ residential zip code. This enables you to sort the arrest list based upon high to low income areas and filter out undesirable leads.

DUI Tab

We automatically filter out DUI arrests for each county so you see only those arrested for DUI infractions. If you have special marketing material for DUI leads only, you can deploy them in minutes.

Select Prospects

Each arrest record has a selectable button beside it. You can select individual records or select all records and rapidly export for mailing. You can save money on postage by ‘cherry picking’ the leads you wish to target.

Export Addresses

Select the individuals you wish to mail to, then click on export. Our software creates a file which when imported into MS Word, enables you to perform a mail merge. View the Mailing Tutorial to learn how.

Automatic Updates

Each time you login to the software, the most recent arrest reports are automatically downloaded from our servers. This saves you time and ensures that you are first displayed the most recent information.

Package Calendar

The package calendar is available so can download past arrest reports. You can come in to work on Monday and see all arrests that occurred over the weekend. Or in case you missed a day of work.

Copy Reports

Instead of clicking ‘export’ on the menu bar, you can click ‘copy’ in order to quickly paste all addresses of the highlighted individuals. You can then paste the addresses into programs like Outlook or Excel.
